Digital Downloads
Most Sanctuary System tools and other printable offerings are digital downloads.
Once a purchase is completed, your files will be available for immediate download and will also be sent to the email address used during checkout.
These files are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are not offered for digital products. If you have trouble accessing a file, please reach out and we will happily help resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Some items offered through Dabbling Dreamer may be printed or produced through trusted fulfillment partners.
Processing and shipping times can vary depending on the item and destination. Estimated timelines will always be listed on the product page.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the small-batch and digital nature of many items in the shop, returns may not always be possible.
However, if there is a genuine issue with an order — including damaged items, incorrect products, or file access problems — please reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.

Yes. All Sanctuary System volumes are designed to be printable and many are also fillable as digital PDFs.
Can I use the files on my tablet or iPad?
Yes. If your device supports PDF annotation or note-taking apps, the files can be filled in digitally.
Can I share the files with friends?
The files are licensed for personal use only, so they cannot be shared or redistributed. If a friend is interested, please encourage them to download their own copy from the shop.

Yes. The Sanctuary System is a growing library of creative tools, beginning with a three-volume foundation and expanding over time.
