When You Don't Understand Yourself

1 min read

There are moments where you don’t feel like yourself…but you can’t quite explain why. Nothing is obviously wrong. Nothing has clearly shifted. But something feels off... You try to think your way through it. To make sense of it quickly, to land on an answer, to move on.

But it doesn’t always work like that.

Sometimes the more you try to figure it out, the further away it feels.

What’s actually needed in those moments isn’t an answer. It’s space. A way to slow down long enough to notice what’s been happening underneath it all.

What’s been steady?

What’s been off

What have you been brushing past or avoiding?

Not to judge it. Just to see it.

From there, things don’t suddenly become clear. They DO start to feel more grounded, understandable, and yours. This piece was created for that moment.

Not to fix anything. Not to map out your entire life. Just to help you understand yourself a little better and find your footing again.

You don’t need to figure it all out today. Just take a moment to look at where you are.

The newest addition to The Spark System is available now, alongside the pieces that came before it.

You can step into it wherever you are.
