We offer:

• Custom digital downloads (delivered instantly)

• And small-batch handmade creations

Because of the personalized, made-to-order nature of our offerings, we generally do not offer standard refunds.

That said — we’re human. And we care deeply about your experience.

If something doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or needs attention, please email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We’ll walk through it together and do our best to make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion, always guided by fairness, care, and mutual respect.
